Alibi Alibi consists of a lost-wax cast of a carved wooden salami and direct casts of local St. Gallen bratwursts, which are freshly grilled directly before being invested in chamotte and burned out. Each of the cast bratwursts are unique, their forms contingent on local butchers and grilling conditions.
